PP Lepestok (PPL) without exhalation valve

Filtering half mask PP Lepestok (PPL) without exhalation valve is a product with the following structure:
  • outer layer - spunbond
  • the middle layer – high impact filtration material "Eleflen"
  • inner layer - high quality gauze, serving as an absorber of excess moisture

The form of the filter half mask is a circle with obturator.

The filtering half mask is made by ultrasonic sealing without the use of adhesives. At the edge of the shutter a puller is situated (knotter stripper), which consists of an elastic rubber cord and the bow plate of food aluminum.

Knotter stripper provides effective respirator fit to the edge of the band on the line of obturation and mount of filter half mask on the face.

Thanks to the flexibility of obturator's characteristics, appropriately fitted filter half mask has a minimal pressure on the head and face (in all possible positions of the head and face), while providing firm adherence to the face.
