PP Lepestok (PPL) with exhalation valve

Filtering half mask PP Lepestok (PPL) with exhalation valve is a product with the following structure:
  • outer layer - spunbond
  • the middle layer – high impact filtration material "Eleflen"
  • inner layer – spunbond. On request of the customer there can be used a high quality gauze, serving as an absorber of excess moisture.




Exhalation valve:
  • reduces breathing resistance by adjusting the temperature and humidity inside the respirator
  • used materials: Valve - silicone valve body - high quality polymer
  • has an optimal design that provides a comfortable and reliable breath protection under the masks during inspiration

The form of the filter half mask is a circle with obturator.

The filtering half mask is made by ultrasonic sealing without the use of adhesives. A puller is situated at the edge of the shutter, which consists of an elastic rubber cord and bow plate of food aluminum.

The puller provides effective respirator fitting to the edge of the band and obturation mounted filter respirator on the face.

Thanks to the flexibility of obturator, properly fitted filter half mask has a minimal pressure on the head and face (in all possible positions of the head and face), while providing a snug fit to the face shutter.
